It is our immense pleasure to inform you once again that Greater Reading Nepalese Community Association (GRNCA) is going to organise a historical event “Eleventh 9A Side Football Tournament (Reading Cup 2017)” This event is scheduled to be held on 26th of August 2017 in John Rabson Recreations Ground Reading, RG2 8DH, Reading. The event is expected to draw more around two thousand people from across the country.
The venue will provide ample opportunities to promote the business products and services among all types of prospective customers and prospects. The organiser has arranged different ways to promote the product throughout the event. We believe this is one of the best fantastic opportunities to familiarise you and your business among the Nepalese Community residing in the UK.
We are trying our best to make the event cost benefit. However, the Team entry fee only may not be sufficient. Therefore, we are seeking alternate support through corporate sponsorships, grants, and donations from our vendors, friends and associates. The savings from the event add to the GRNCA Charity Fund.
We humbly request you for your generous support as a sponsor of the event. Your promotion materials (Banner, Stand, Dummies) will be exhibited on available and sponsors name will be announced time to time on the venue throughout the event.
